Author Mickel Paris, who was profiled in the June A/PGF newsletter, will read excerpts from his recent book West Hollywood Story at the August 5th A/PGF social.   The novel, which is based on some true-life events, has been exhibited at book and gay pride festivals and is a heartfelt story about the trials and drama that are sometimes part of the gay lifestyle.   Mickel has also authored a volume of poetry.   It will speak to all of us so please turn out to encourage and support this upcoming young gay author. 

Our Socials are held on the first Sunday of each month at West Hollywood's Plummer Park Community Center located at 7377 Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood.

This is a wonderful way to meet your friends for an afternoon of socializing.  Be sure to bring a friend with you.
