Please join us as we gather to honor, remember, and celebrate the beautiful life of our beloved friend Rick Shaffer, who passed away on Friday, November 7th.

Rick was an extraordinary soul—always ready with a helping hand, a comforting presence, and that unforgettable radiant smile. His compassion, warmth, and endless generosity touched every person fortunate enough to know him.



Rick was also a devoted member of APGF, always eager to volunteer, support events, and coordinate memorable outings. His spirit of adventure and kindness lives on in the many hearts he uplifted.

We are grateful that Ming-Jen, Rick’s partner, will be with us to share in this celebration and remembrance. Share your stories, memories, and photos of Rick as we celebrate a life that brought so much joy to others.

This will be a POTLUCK—please bring a dish to share.  Light beverages will be served.
