About the Restaurant

Named after a picturesque island off the coast of the Yucatán Peninsula, Holbox (pronounced "hole-bosh") is an award-winning Mexican seafood oasis. Helmed by Chef Gilberto Cetina, the restaurant has earned a Michelin Star and was recently ranked #5 on the LA Times 101 Best Restaurants list.

The atmosphere is casual yet sophisticated, tucked inside the historic Mercado La Paloma food hall. It offers a counter-service experience that focuses on the freshest local ingredients and the vibrant, bold flavors of coastal Mexico.
